Scheduled maintenance is planned for our banking platform on 7/29/24 (10pm-2am PT). User impact of 1-5 minutes could be expected during the maintenance window.

Service Degradation:
WPCCU Mobile Banking App

Resolved: Apple indicated that iCloud services have been restored as of the evening of July 27. 

 

Incident: We’ve been advised that some Apple iOS mobile app users may be receiving mobile authorization errors when attempting to log into the mobile app. The login errors are tied to Apple’s iCloud+ service. Android devices are not affected.

Members who are unable to log into the mobile app or mobile web should try the following:

  • Reboot their mobile device

or

  • Disable the iCloud+ Private Relay setting

    Go to Settings
    Tap your name/Apple ID/iCloud+
    Tap iCloud
    Slide the iCloud+/Private Relay setting to OFF
